“I work from my heart, not my pocketbook,” says Virginia Henry Hopper in describing her approach to real estate sales. Ginny, as she is known to friends, transitioned to real estate from interior design, an ideal foundation for real estate success.
A native of Dallas, Ginny graduated from Memorial High School in Houston and attended Mount Vernon College and the University of Houston. After working as an ASID designer and remodeler, Ginny became a Realtor in 2006. She knew the two careers would complement each other and her achievements as a real estate agent prove her right.
Routinely wearing many hats in a day to do the best job possible for her clients is business-as-usual for Ginny. Her roles include agent, interior designer/stager, and construction advisor, and she wins accolades for strong communication, market knowledge, and honed negotiation skills.
Ginny’s wide range of clients includes first-time home buyers, investors, lot seekers, and families who are upsizing. She holds a Real Estate Specialist (SRS) designation to better serve the increasingly important senior market and guides buyers to realize the potential and visualize improvements in a prospective property. She has a particular expertise in Mid Century Modern home sales (California Ranch-style) and new construction in many traditional Houston neighborhoods from Afton Oaks to Tanglewood, the Briargrove area, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Spring Valley, and Memorial.
